  Back to Pedley Pass

- at 2.9 km from the lights at the intersection of highway 95/93 and Athalmer Rd., turn left onto Windermere Loop Rd just after the Bowling Alley

- at 1.1 km turn left onto the mine road at Mount Swansea (second left): CertainTeed Mine Road, the maintenance yard is right in front of you. Reset odometer to “0”  (map below starts here)

- from here it is 16 km to the trailhead 

- stay on the  main road, do not take any "Branch" roads - look for signs

- the last 0.7 km is very rough - in the summer of 2021, Canfor did improve this section of road but a high-clearance vehicle is still recommended - there is an overflow parking lot here if needed

- you are in an active logging area so drive with care
